At Ultra Cooler, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our dropshipping model, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of defective or damaged products.

Refunds and Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason other than the following:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include offering a replacement or partial credit at our discretion.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

To request a replacement or partial refund for a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@ultracooler.store within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and include clear photos of the damaged or defective item.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with further instructions.

Exemptions

We do not offer refunds or returns in the following cases:

  • If you change your mind about the product after purchase.
  • If the product was not damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • If the product is not as expected, but not faulty (e.g., due to color or size discrepancies from images).

Shipping Fees

Since we do not accept returns, shipping fees are non-refundable.
